Ideal Standard Egypt simplified its legal structure in April when it announced the completion of a legal merger of Egyptian American Sanitary Wares, Ideal Standard and Egyptian American Industrial Plastics, E-AIP.
The newly merged entity is operating under the name of Ideal Standard International – Egypt, and it incorporates all commercial and operational business units.
Ahmed Hafez, Managing Director, said “Thanks to the outstanding efforts of teams from Egypt and Brussels, the merger means that Ideal Standard Egypt is now a significant entity with a further sustainable presence in local and regional markets.”
The merger represents an opportunity for the business in Egypt to function and communicate with external parties as one entity, thus promoting unity and integrity in internal operations, facilitating flexibility, responsiveness and efficiency.
